Dolphin Enterprises Ltd. Team

Dolphin Enterprises Ltd. was originally founded by Dan Dolphin in 1987. Dan wrote custom software applications for the mortgage and financial industry for 20 years and subsequently the current product's applications and functions are an accumulation of this wealth of industry related knowledge and experience.

Shannon Dolphin - CEO

Shannon Dolphin, the CEO and President, was previously the VP of Marketing for the past few years. Prior to working with Dolphin Enterprises, her experience includes marketing for financial and publicly traded companies through her company Dolphin Business Development as well as direct experience in the arena of Mortgage Investments. Shannon's education includes Marketing from BCIT, the Canadian Securities Course, Creative Writing and an Internet Marketing course from UBC. Shannon graduated from University of Victoria with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.

Dave Blake - Technical LeadMCAD

Dave Blake has been designing, developing, leading and supporting enterprise level software using Microsoft technologies for the past 8 years. Dave also brings with him a wealth of experience as a Technical Team Leader and Technical Project Manager specialising in operations of IT systems managed under the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) model of IT management. He is an advocate for using best practices, and designing and implementing well managed, scalable and robust technology projects. Dave graduated from the University of Queensland, Australia in 2002 with a degree in Computer Science, two years of Business and Law, and is also a MCAD (Microsoft Certified Applications Developer).

Ted Chliszczyk - Eastern Sales Rep

As the Eastern Canadian representative for Dolphin, Mr. Chliszczyk brings over 15 years experience in mortgage administration software and will be instrumental in furthering sales and providing valuable client training.  His extensive background in account management, business analysis, project management, conversions, and multi-investor portfolios will be of great benefit to the company and its growing customer base.  

Mr. Chliszczyk recently completed a consulting contract in the UK for a large European bank in the area of software implementation and conversions.  His experience has also included being Director of   Mortgage Administration for GMAC Residential Funding as well as Account Executive with Marlborough Stirling Canada.

Dan Dolphin - Founder

The company was created by Dan Dolphin. The company has benefited from the results of Dan's experience, knowledge and hard work developing the software's applications and diversity of applications. Dan's education included a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) at UBC in Electrical Engineering with a subsequent membership in Professional Engineers of B.C., a Masters of Business Administration (M.BA) at Berkeley, CA and a Masters in Science (M.Sc) at UBC specializing in Management Science.
