The Share Registry System has been implemented for almost a decade and thus can be as robust and sophisticated as per your needs. For instance, you can use the system to calculate the amount of dividends for all your investors regardless of whether they are accruing their investments on any type of investment such as an RRSP contribution. The system also has the ability to issue share certificates as well as convert accrued dividends into one new share certificate, per investor, for Compliance and Trustees. The system can also manage fluctuating Share values such as NAV and various bond rates. All Share transactions such as Redemptions, Transfers, Purchases, Deposits, Conversions and Dividends can be Recorded as well as Reported from the system. Extra features such as generating T5's can also be generated from the system and activities such as direct Bank deposits for your investors can also be managed through the software.

In addition, Dolphin is also offering an ability to display and view Statements for your Investors, Agents and if needed, Managed Loans - on line. With a secure connection, and password protected, the online Module will be customized for your needs with your requested reports. This information will be pulled directly from the stand-alone Share Module and can include as much information as requested.

Dolphin also has an On-Line Module so that your Investors can view their statements online. This System can include any information pulled from the System thus can be completely customizable with reports and statements.
